Paige Greene, LCSW-C

My therapeutic approach is authentic, warm, and non-judgmental. I believe that healing happens in the context of genuine human connection, so I work to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and accepted as they are.

I draw from a range of modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Somatic practices—which allows me to tailor our work to your unique needs and goals. I often incorporate inner child work into the process, helping clients reconnect with, nurture, and heal parts of themselves that may have felt neglected or wounded early in life. This can be a powerful way to unlock self-compassion, shift long-standing patterns, and foster deeper emotional resilience.

Whether we're exploring past experiences, shifting unhelpful thought patterns, tuning into the body, or holding space for whatever arises, my goal is to support your growth with empathy, curiosity, and collaboration.
